3. Eligibility
To use HanuPay services, you must:

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use HanuPay services for:

- Adult content or services
- Gambling or gaming activities (where prohibited)
- Sale of controlled substances
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- High-risk merchant categories as defined by card networks
6. Fees and Pricing
Our fees are clearly outlined in your merchant agreement. You agree to pay:
- Transaction processing fees
- Monthly service fees (if applicable)
- Chargeback fees
- Additional service fees as specified
Fees are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining PCI DSS compliance. We:
- Encrypt all sensitive payment data
- Implement industry-standard security measures
- Comply with applicable data protection regulations
- Never store sensitive authentication data
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
You are responsible for handling customer disputes and chargebacks. You agree to:
- Respond promptly to chargeback notifications
- Provide required documentation for dispute resolution
- Maintain adequate reserves for potential chargebacks
- Pay applicable chargeback fees
9. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency security measures
- Compliance with legal requirements
- Technical issues beyond our control
10. Limitation of Liability
HanuPay's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Third-party actions or omissions
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HanuPay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Violation of these terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Your business operations
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if:
- You violate these terms
- Your account poses a security risk
- Required by law or regulation
- Excessive chargebacks or fraud
13. Governing Law
